We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service visit. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or termination of the service arrangement.

Rein's Landscaping will take all reasonable care when working on your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by unforeseen factors outside our control, or issues that arise from client-provided instructions that conflict with professional horticultural practice.

Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services.
